The sensor is standing up with the plug on top. You can also look on top of the trans "just behind" where the coil pack ends (towards the firewall), same sensor.The increased wear opens the bearing gap which allows oil to flow out faster and it shows up as low oil pressure. Once the revs come up, the oil is pumped in faster than it "leaks out" and the pressure comes up. So if you had swapped 2&3 and still had an issue with 3, then look at the wire or plug. Tester will light on back of fuse when fuse is open (ignition on). Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground. A battery voltage on 1 side and close to 0 on he other side is a blown fuse. Make all 3 timing marks are dead on: crank and both cams. Install both pulleys, torque to specs. Route belt from crank sprocket (hold the belt with some piece of cardboard paper at the bottom of the sprocket) to idler to CAM 2 ( radiator side) pull the belt as tight as you can so that there's no slack.

The sensor is standing up with the plug on top. You can also look on top of the trans "just behind" where the coil pack ends (towards the firewall), same sensor.you need to remove the outer tie rod from the knuckle, off the inner rod, and pull the boot off the inner tie rod, and like h8isgr8 said, there is the tab washer to come off as well, the new inner will come with one.
